Conditions / Voorwaarden

NL - Algemene Huurvoorwaarden – Verhuur Materiaal

1. Reservatie & betaling

  • Reservaties zijn pas definitief na bevestiging door de verhuurder.

  • Betaling gebeurt bij afhaling, tenzij anders afgesproken.

  • Bij niet-tijdige betaling kan de reservatie automatisch vervallen.

 

2. Identificatie

  • De huurder moet bij afhaling een geldig identiteitsbewijs kunnen tonen.

  • Voor professionele klanten kan een ondernemingsnummer gevraagd worden.

 

3. Waarborg

  • Er kan een waarborg gevraagd worden afhankelijk van het materiaal.

  • De waarborg wordt terugbetaald na correcte controle en inlevering.

 

4. Aansprakelijkheid & schade

  • De huurder is volledig verantwoordelijk voor het gehuurde materiaal vanaf het moment van afhaling tot terugbrengen.

  • Schade, diefstal, verlies, valschade of waterschade worden volledig doorgerekend aan de huurder.

  • Schade wordt berekend op basis van herstelkost of vervangwaarde.

  • Misbruik, foutief gebruik of overbelasting valt nooit onder enige garantie.

 

5. Gebruik van het materiaal

  • Het materiaal moet gebruikt worden zoals bedoeld en volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften.

  • Verboden: overbelasting, openhalen, ombouwen, ongeoorloofd reinigen, modificeren.

  • Het materiaal mag enkel gebruikt worden op locaties die veilig, droog en stabiel zijn.

  • Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de huurder om na te gaan of de locatie veilig is.

 

6. Verzekering

  • De huurder staat zelf in voor verzekering tegen schade of diefstal tijdens de huurperiode.

  • Diefstal zonder duidelijke braakschade valt volledig ten laste van de huurder.

 

7. Rookmachines, hazers & vloeistoffen

  • Enkel rook- en hazervloeistoffen die geschikt zijn voor het toestel mogen gebruikt worden.

  • Verkeerde vloeistofgebruik of toevoegingen (geur, olie…) die schade veroorzaken worden doorgerekend.

  • Leegbranden zonder vloeistof = directe schadevergoeding.

 

8. Ophalen & terugbrengen

  • Het materiaal moet op de afgesproken datum en tijd afgehaald en teruggebracht worden.

  • Te laat terugbrengen kan een extra daghuur in rekening brengen.

  • Materiaal moet volledig, proper en in dezelfde staat teruggebracht worden.

 

9. Technische storingen

  • De huurder moet defecten onmiddellijk melden.

  • Storingen veroorzaakt door foutief gebruik worden doorgerekend.

  • Geen compensatie bij onjuist gebruik of overbelasting van de huurder.

 

10. Verplaatsing & levering (indien van toepassing)

  • Transportkosten worden apart aangerekend.

  • Levering en plaatsing kan enkel op veilige, toegankelijke locaties.

  • Wachten ter plaatse wordt aangerekend na 15 minuten vertraging.

 

11. Toezicht

  • De huurder moet het materiaal altijd onder toezicht houden.

  • Onderverhuur of uitlenen aan derden is zonder schriftelijke toestemming verboden.

 

12. Annulaties

  • Annulatie binnen 24 uur voor afhaling kan een annulatiekost meebrengen.

  • Bij niet-afhalen zonder verwittiging wordt 100% van de daghuur aangerekend.

 

13. Overmacht

  • De verhuurder is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of gevolgschade bij overmacht ( stroompanne, technische storingen extern, enz.).

 

14. Aanvaarding

  • Bij afhaling of levering bevestigt de huurder dat alle toestellen werken en in goede staat zijn.

  • Het meenemen van het materiaal betekent automatisch akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

FR - Conditions Générales de Location – Matériel Événementiel

1. Réservation & paiement

  • La réservation n’est définitive qu’après confirmation du loueur.

  • Le paiement s’effectue au moment de l’enlèvement, sauf accord contraire.

  • En cas de non-paiement à temps, la réservation peut être annulée automatiquement.

 

2. Identification

  • Le locataire doit présenter une carte d’identité valable lors de l’enlèvement.

  • Pour les clients professionnels, un numéro d’entreprise peut être demandé.

 

3. Caution

  • Une caution peut être exigée selon le type de matériel.

  • La caution est remboursée après contrôle complet et retour en bon état.

 

4. Responsabilité & dommages

  • Le locataire est pleinement responsable du matériel loué dès sa prise en charge jusqu’à son retour.

  • Tout dommage, vol, perte, bris ou dégât dû à l’eau sera facturé intégralement au locataire.

  • Les dommages sont calculés sur base du coût de réparation ou de la valeur de remplacement.

  • Une utilisation abusive, incorrecte ou une surcharge ne sont jamais couverts par une garantie.

 

5. Utilisation du matériel

  • Le matériel doit être utilisé conformément à sa destination et aux consignes de sécurité.

  • Interdictions : surcharge, démontage, modification, nettoyage non autorisé, transformation.

  • Le matériel ne peut être utilisé que dans des lieux sûrs, secs et stables.

  • Le locataire est responsable de vérifier la sécurité du lieu d’utilisation.

 

6. Assurance

  • Le locataire doit prévoir une assurance contre le vol ou les dommages pendant la période de location.

  • Tout vol sans effraction visible reste entièrement à charge du locataire.

 

7. Machines à fumée / hazers & liquides

  • Seuls les liquides compatibles avec l’appareil peuvent être utilisés.

  • L’utilisation de liquides incorrects (parfum, huile, etc.) causant des dommages sera facturée.

  • Faire fonctionner l’appareil sans liquide = dommage immédiat facturé.

 

8. Enlèvement & retour

  • Le matériel doit être enlevé et retourné à la date et heure convenues.

  • Tout retard peut entraîner une facturation d’une journée supplémentaire.

  • Le matériel doit être retourné complet, propre et dans le même état qu’à l’enlèvement.

 

9. Pannes techniques

  • Toute panne doit être signalée immédiatement.

  • Les pannes causées par une mauvaise utilisation sont facturées.

  • Aucune compensation n’est due en cas de mauvaise utilisation ou surcharge par le locataire.

 

10. Déplacement & livraison (si applicable)

  • Les frais de transport sont facturés séparément.

  • La livraison et l’installation ne sont possibles que dans des endroits sûrs et accessibles.

  • Le temps d’attente sur place est facturé après 15 minutes de retard.

 

11. Surveillance

  • Le locataire doit toujours garder le matériel sous surveillance.

  • La sous-location ou le prêt à des tiers est interdit sans accord écrit.

 

12. Annulations

  • Une annulation dans les 24 heures précédant l’enlèvement peut entraîner des frais d’annulation.

  • En cas de non-présentation sans avertissement, 100 % du montant de la location est facturé.

 

13. Force majeure

  • Le loueur n’est pas responsable des dommages ou pertes dus à un cas de force majeure (pannes de courant, causes externes, etc.).

 

14. Acceptation

  • Lors de l’enlèvement ou de la livraison, le locataire confirme que le matériel est en bon état de fonctionnement.

  • En emportant le matériel, le locataire accepte automatiquement les présentes conditions.

ENG General Rental Terms & Conditions – Equipment Hire

1. Reservation & payment

  • Reservations are only final after confirmation by the rental company.

  • Payment is due at pickup, unless agreed otherwise.

  • If payment is not made on time, the reservation may be cancelled automatically.

 

2. Identification

  • The renter must provide a valid ID card or passport at pickup.

  • For professional clients, a company registration number may be requested.

 

3. Deposit

  • A deposit may be required depending on the equipment.

  • The deposit is refunded after full inspection and proper return.

 

4. Liability & damages

  • The renter is fully responsible for the equipment from pickup until return.

  • Any damage, theft, loss, breakage or water damage will be charged in full to the renter.

  • Damage is calculated based on repair cost or replacement value.

  • Abuse, incorrect use or overloading is never covered by warranty.

 

5. Use of the equipment

  • Equipment must be used according to its intended purpose and safety guidelines.

  • Prohibited: overloading, opening the device, modifying, unauthorised cleaning, or altering any part.

  • Equipment must be used only in safe, dry and stable environments.

  • It is the renter’s responsibility to verify the safety of the location.

 

6. Insurance

  • The renter is responsible for providing insurance against theft or damage during the rental period.

  • Theft without visible signs of forced entry is fully at the renter’s expense.

 

7. Smoke machines / hazers & fluids

  • Only fluids compatible with the device may be used.

  • Incorrect fluids (scent additives, oils, etc.) causing damage will be charged.

  • Running a machine without fluid = immediate damage fee.

 

8. Pickup & return

  • Equipment must be picked up and returned on the agreed date and time.

  • Late returns may incur an extra day rental charge.

  • Equipment must be returned complete, clean, and in the same condition as received.

 

9. Technical issues

  • Any malfunction must be reported immediately.

  • Malfunctions caused by misuse will be billed.

  • No compensation is provided for renter-caused issues or overloading.

 

10. Transport & delivery (if applicable)

  • Transport fees are charged separately.

  • Delivery and installation are only possible in safe and accessible locations.

  • Waiting time onsite may be charged after 15 minutes delay.

 

11. Supervision

  • Equipment must always remain under the renter’s supervision.

  • Sub-renting or lending to third parties is prohibited without written consent.

 

12. Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-show without notification results in 100% of the rental price being charged.

 

13. Force majeure

  • The rental company is not responsible for damage or loss due to force majeure (power failure, external incidents, etc.).

 

14. Acceptance

  • At pickup or delivery, the renter confirms the equipment is in good working condition.

  • Taking the equipment implies automatic acceptance of these conditions.
